Best Customer Service Ever by Netflix


The people of the current social media age document everything. That means if you’re in customer service, you have to be more mindful of what you say. You could be a viral faux pas the second you screw up. However, Captain Mike of Netflix doesn’t need to worry. He chatted with a customer about an issue with Parks and Recreation and rolls with Star Trek references – he was helpful and hilarious and geeky. Basically, he’s the best. I’m not sure how strict Netflix is about their customer service chats, but I hope they commend Captain Mike for creating a fun experience rather than making him fill out a TPS report or something.
