This restaurant is called the Hospitalis Restaurant and it’s in Riga, Latvia. The waitresses dress like nurses, and the bartenders dress like surgeons. The drinks are served up in lab flasks, and the customers eat with surgical utensils instead of standard forks, knives or chopsticks.
