A restaurant in Moscow only hires twins
A restaurant owner in Moscow promises you will have such a great time in his establishment that you are going to see double, not because of the strong vodka, but because the staff is made up exclusively of identical twin brothers and sisters.
Aptly called Twin Stars, the Russian restaurant employs only twin bartenders and wait staff as a gimmick to attract more customers and prides itself on being the only such restaurant in the world. Alexei Khodorovsky, the owner of Twin Stars, says he was inspired by a 1960s movie where a girl finds herself in a parallel universe and discovers there’s another version of her – her twin. The idea seems fun and both the customers and the twin staff say they’ve enjoyed the experience thus far. “We worked as barmen before this summer in a different establishment. It was an internship for us,” Artyem, who works with his identical brother Roman at the bar, says. We really liked that internship. That’s why we decided this profession suits us and we came here to work.” Finding people like Artyem and Roman was a true challenge. Identical pairs with experience working in a restaurant were very hard to track down, but the effort was worthwhile because as Nika, another member of the unique staff, says “One pair (of twins) is already fun – when there are two, it’s even more fun.”

Hamsters love Jell-O!
Zoey the hamster can't wait to try out the first recipe from her new Jell-O cook book. While the cover features Jell-O watermelons, it looks like she's trying out some sort of cherry recipe instead. Believe it or not, the book is a hamster-sized version of The Jello Mold Mistress of Brooklyn's actual recipe book -best promotion ever.

Pay for your coffee with kisses
Metro St. James, a French-themed cafe in Sydney, Australia, has been open for only three months but it’s gaining popularity fast thanks to an ingenious promotional offer that allows customers to pay for their coffee with kisses.
It’s no joke. During the month of June, people who choose to drink their coffee at Metro St. James between 9 and 11 am get the chance to pay for their order in kisses. ”We’re bringing romance back! Take your partner to the café from 9-11am in June and surprise them with a kiss when you order your coffee. We’re not accepting your money, just your kisses,” the cafe’s Facebook page reads. But while the staff isn’t available for kissing, you don’t necessarily have to be a couple to take advantage of this original promotion. If you’re brave enough, you can just pick a random stranger from the streets, or an office buddy you’ve always had a crush on, all that matters is the kiss look genuine.

Invisible Ninjas Keep Noisy Movie-Goers Quiet
Unless you want to be confronted by a group of ninjas, you don’t want to break the code of conduct at London’s Prince Charles Cinema. They won’t run a katana through you or use throwing stars, but they will pop out of nowhere and give you a stern warning.
Invisible Cinema Ninjas, now there’s a cool concept! Well, they’re not really ninjas trained in the deadly arts, but really just volunteers dressed in all-black Lycra suits called “Morphsuits”. They’re offered free tickets by the Prince Charles Cinema, in London, and have the task of keeping an eye out for any misconduct from moviegoers, during screenings. “The ‘Cinema Ninjas’ may sound ludicrous, but they have been a real success in clamping down on those ruining films for everyone else with inconsiderate behavior,” says Paul Vickery, head of public relations for the theater. “Like every cinema, we were irritated and upset by the minority of people running films for everyone else.”

Creative Advertising Perfume Plug-in Ad in Japan

While Japan’s robotically hypnotic girl-trio Perfume is making their world debut while keeping their “Japan-ness” with their new album JPN, they’re also still being heavily promoted at home.
Not sure if this has been done before, but this ad in Shibuya for the single Spring of Life plays the video, but if you want to hear the music you’ll have to plug in your own headphones. Pretty decent amount of people doing it too, all plugged into the same wall.
Here's what the ad looks like.

Awesome Carlsberg's Social Experiment
Carlsberg's new advertising campaign is putting unsuspecting couples in the hot seat. What would you do when walking into a movie theater only to see two available seats surrounded by 148 badass biker dudes? Would you sit down? Would you run away? Maybe the real question isn't what would you do? The real question is do you have the balls to be yourself and to be a real man in any situation?

Advertised Fast Food Compared To The Real Deal

Let’s talk a little about the fast food that millions of people stuff their faces with each and every day, especially the millions of hamburgers that are consumed. Advertisements are one of the most powerful mediums these burger chains have to spread their reigns. We don’t seem to be phased by the differences between an advertised burger and the one that is actually in the package when we get it.

An app that lets you see through clothing

It’s hard to think of a better way to showcase augmented reality technology than by making use of it to undress models.
